- These are usual problems with beat detection in software, especially since dubstep is different accentuation than “usual” music. This is why we learn manual beatmatching…I think even manual beatmatching is hard in those kind of music. Am I wrong?Actually I found dubstep to be quite easy to beatmatch manually, as it has a very distinctive double time count when you get used to it.
I just do it the way most DJs do it: Turn up the track you want to sync way to fast and then slow it down until it is right.
